A propane powered fork lift should have an indicator light when the pressure gets low giving you about 5 more minutes of run time. When you get to where the propane bottles are stored you:

6. Connect the tank to the hose.
7. Open the gas valve.
8. Start the fork lift
Be careful when connecting/disconnecting the valve from the hose. The propane is extremely cold and flammable. Don’t smoke anywhere near the storage facility.
