Depends on your state. Georgia will not. I have the same experience including armored vehicles like the M1 family of tanks, M88 series, m113 family. But, GA will not recognize them as CDL’s. But, if you have CDL’s, with a haz-mat certificate, you can get a MOS in the Military to drive darn near everything.

If you find yourself in a skid:
* Slowly ease your foot off the accelerator.
* Turn the steering wheel in the direction the rear of the car is skidding.
* As soon as the vehicle’s path begins to straighten, turn the steering wheel back the other way so you will not over-steer.

The section about skidding says ^^^ that.
However, I’m slightly confused about just which way the wheel is supposed to turn. In fact, if the car is spinning in, say, a clockwise direction, then does that mean the back of the car is spinning to the right or to the left?

Normally, just the back of your car is going to skid. It’s called “fishtailing.” The book is right, do what it says. When you turn the wheel in the direction of the fishtail, you are basically moving the front with it parallel to the road until your back wheels get a grip.

when you try to start your vehicle if you hear a clicking sound coming from the solenoid the solenoid is bad and will need to be replaced there is no way to test it Good Luck

Using jumper cables touch the hot cable to the side of the nut on the top side plus+ post next to the large nut on top of the solenoid, if the starter engages the solenoid is fine. With the exception of ford most other solenoids can be repaired simply by taking them apart and cleaning all the arc burns off all the copper and rotating the copper disk so the other side burns for a while. If all it does is click take it apart and clean everything in it.
