HELP! Can I upgrade my engine mounts by doing this? Could they last longer?

Hello, I have a 1993 nissan quest…and 2 years ago I replace all 4 mounts (engine and transmission).
Now…I need to replace them AGAIN since they have gone bad again and the engine everytime I accelerate kinda feels its gonna fly off the car!

My doubt…and “idea” is to do the following to “improve” the damage due to the torque:

1. The mounts tend to come with some GAPS or holes on the rubber part (no the screw holes…).

2. When there is too much torque…the center hole (screw hole) moves either to each of the rubber gaps or “holes” im guessing…to reduce vibrations even more.

4. Could I FILL those GAPS with some RTV Ultra Grey Silicon to avoid further damaging (crackingof the rubber) due to high torque acceleration?

5. Ive used RTV before…and with a couple of days it gets HARD…but flexible….but hard since its room temperature vulcanizing rubber…

6. By doing this with the ultra grey rtv silicone….and filling the holes (by holes i mean where there is NO RUBBER inside the rubber part of the mount…kinda looks like a happy face…) can the vibrations decrease or increase? Could the mounts be damaged?

7. Ive heard mounts are replaced every 8-10 years…but mines i replaced them 2 yrs ago!

8. Once i saw a mechanic put some ultragrey RTV inside a control arm bushing…since he could find the replacement part anywhere…

9. Ive seen mounts that eliminate vibrations that DONT have these holes or gaps….ive seen them in the CATERPILLAR Generators Sets…
