I would stay away from online programs especially if they are asking for money to train you. It takes less than an hour to learn the basic functions of a forklift and safety stuff. It takes a lot longer to actually become good at running one. It’s really easy to damage product with a forklift (and that can be costly for the company) so they may actually be looking for someone who has run a forklift for quite a long time to avoid losing money from damaged product.
