No-fault refers to injuries only, and it does limit your right to sue. His insurance will cover your vehicle damages, and your insurance will cover your medical bills.
The fact that he ‘almost killed’ you doesn’t hold any weight, since you are not dead, or even close to it, and you admittedly have no vehicle damages. I’ve never heard of anyone dying from such a minor accident.
Unless you had life threatening injuries, you won’t be able to sue.

i wanted to get this cute 2008 chevy cobalt but then it was sold from my car dealer i looked at all the rest of thier cars but didnt find on that could even compare the slightest to my little cobalt it was like my reams were crushed when i saw it was sold then while i was on vacation recently i saw a mitubish (i dont no i i spell that right) eclipse! it was like o my god thats beautiful! i had to have it!!!! i figured it wuld be like a million dollas so i thoungt hmm an older or used version (my cobalt i wuz gunna buy was a used 2008 so its was less than 10k which made it even better boo) i looked on the mitubishi site and it was like 30k so i went to google and google 2000 year eclipse and it was ugly i searched p the years till i found the eclipse that was the first nice model of it and i found the 2007 and its like its twin so i guessed thats the design they kept anyways, i looked up the price they said it wuld be around 13k-16k and i was like wow thats good so it wuld be even cheaper used! i dont no if i am correst about that price so thats why i am here asking u ppl on the internet! yay! now plz answer these two questions:

Depending on how new it could have a joystick for forward and reverse.
Very easy to drive but a few lessons would be advisable towards the use of the water tanks and vibration and towards stoppinp slowly and starting and not to roll to much.

I got the crane gold 1.6 roller rocker I’m trying to install on my 95 z28 w/ an lt1 and it doesn’t seem like they are installing quite right. I got the tall black nuts that hold the rocker down around the stud and the pushrods, that’s it. Do I need to use those things that go below the rockers themselves (the things that slide over the stud and the rocker goes over it from the original rockers) or do I just install how I already am with just the crane rockers, black nuts and pushrods?

My brother almost totaled his car last night. He was going 35 right at the intersection between a 25 and a 35. He was driving off of the 25, and turning, obviously going way too fast around the turn, and saw a deer, so he let off the steering for a second, and turned really hard around it so that he could possibly dodge it. While he was skidding, his back wheel hit the rightside curb (his lane’s) and spun the car back around the other way, facing the right curb. The pickup truck was i guess a little top heavy, and started rolling on his left 2 wheels, and to try and put all 4 wheels on the road, he turned to the left, which resulted in him steering to the left curb, and when he hit it, the truck fell over. They slid maybe 10 feet, and my brothers arm is really scraped up (it was out the window). Him and the passenger his friend are both alright, while Hunter, the passenger, may have done something to his hip…No other car were involved, no alcohal,(I will keep typing on a new box)
was involved….The problem is that he already had a speeding ticket going ten over, and in georgia, if you have another moving violation while you are still a teenager, I think that you are supposed to have your license taken away….could anyone tell me what will happen in court, whether he will loose his license, get the death penalty, anything will help exept a lecture on why he should have gone slower….what is done is done, and I will just skip over your comment anyways so dont waste your time or mine…..
